If you’d like to make any changes to your welcome box subscription, please tell us by filling in the form below.

You can use the form to:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Suspend your subscription for a specified number of months
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Request a change to your box ribbon colour
  • Update your contact details

It’s really important for the success of our service that the welcome boxes are handed out within two months of you receiving them, due to the food items and some offers having an expiry date. So, if you have boxes piling up, please use this form to suspend your subscription whilst you catch up.

If you suspend your delivery for one or two months, new boxes will automatically be sent once the suspension has expired – there is no need to re-register.
