Effective from 1 May 2026, the cost of each subscription will be priced at the following:
- Bronze (8 boxes): £17.00
- Silver (6 boxes): £34.00
- Gold (6 boxes): £52.00
- Platinum (6 boxes): £72.00
- Branded boxes (per box): £2.20
Pricing above excludes VAT.
Our last price increase was in September 2023, and since then we have absorbed a sustained rise in operational costs, including increases in National Insurance contributions, transport and carrier charges and paper/cardboard. Notably, UK paper costs have increased, and this week we have been informed that from May this will increase by at least 10% – directly impacting key components of our service such as outer delivery boxes, welcome boxes, envelopes, printed inserts and protective packaging.
While decisions around price increases are never easy, maintaining our current pricing is no longer sustainable – please know that this decision has been made carefully and with consideration.
Importantly, throughout 2025 we invested in strengthening and enhancing our Home Move Box offering, focussing on long-term quality and service.
These include:
- Subscription box redesign
- High-quality double-sided printing
- New retail offers from major UK brands
- Home Move Club envelope redesign
- Development of the Home Move Club website
- Significant enhancements to the subscription portal
- Customer service support (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm)
As we move further into 2026, our focus remains firmly on supporting our customers, to enhance the home mover experience and strengthen your brand.
