Terms & Conditions

We aim to keep the information on our website as up to date as possible, but we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This may be to the prices, box descriptions, contents, delivery information, payment process and terms and conditions.

Customer Service

Our telephone number for all customer enquiries is 0203 260 0192. We are open Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 5.00pm GMT.

Ordering & Payment

To receive our Subscription Boxes simply fill in the online subscription form and you’ll be registered as a Subscription Box customer.  The boxes are free, including free delivery, and so no payment is required.

To place an order for one of our paid-for boxes, you will firstly need to create an online account with us. Payment is by credit or debit card, unless agreed otherwise.  If you have arranged to pay by invoice, an invoice will be issued to your company billing address within seven days. These can be paid via cheque or BACs.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel an order, please contact us at least 72 hours before the requested delivery date, either by phone on 0203 260 0192 or email us at info@homemovebox.com.

If the boxes have been dispatched before you make the cancellation, then there will be a small collection charge.

If for any reason you’re not happy with the condition or contents of your box(es), please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your requirements. Please notify us within a week of receiving your gift box(es) on 0203 260 0192 or info@homemovebox.com.

Collections & Resends

If you have mistakenly provided us with an incorrect delivery address and we’re required to collect and resend the boxes, there will be a charge of £8 per box for an order of between one and three boxes, or £6 per box for an order of four or more boxes. These charges cover the cost for collection, box replacement, and resend fulfilment and delivery.

Damaged Boxes

If you or your customer has received a damaged box please let us know as soon as possible via phone on 0203 260 0192 or email info@homemovebox.com so we can arrange for the replacement of the box.

Box Contents

Please note that the brands in the box do vary from time to time. We also sometimes add additional products to the boxes, on behalf of companies who are looking to sample to home movers.

While photography and descriptions of the boxes are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if those stated are unavailable for any reason.

Alcoholic Products

Some of our boxes contain alcoholic products. When you place an order for an alcoholic product using this website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

Neither we, nor any courier or postal service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.

VAT

VAT is added at the online checkout.
