Why did you decide to use Home Move Box?
We loved the concept from the outset. Moving day is such a milestone, and we wanted a meaningful way to mark that moment for our clients. Being able to hand over a beautifully curated box of thoughtful, practical treats on move-in day felt perfectly aligned with our ethos of adding a personal touch.

We initially started with the standard boxes, but after seeing the genuine delight and positive feedback from our clients at handover, we quickly upgraded to branded boxes. The impact was immediate, it elevated the experience and reflected the level of care and detail we pride ourselves on as a business.

How are they to work with?
They are an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication is clear and consistent, and the team is always responsive and helpful whenever we need support. We receive monthly updates ahead of dispatch, clear delivery schedules, and regular news about new brands and additions to the boxes.

What did you particularly like about the HMB proposition and their service?
Initially, we were drawn to the rotating brands, exclusive offers, and the overall quality of the products included, it felt fresh and well-considered. However, what truly stood out was the reaction from our clients.

What did you think of the results?
The results are best measured in person. On completion day, clients expect keys – that’s it. So when you hand them a card and a beautifully presented Home Move Box as well, the surprise and appreciation is immediate and heartfelt.
